Positioned as a no-compromise premium brand, the team at WB&CO tasked Chemistry with translating their clearly articulated brand positioning into an F&B space that would expand their product offering beyond just fresh juices into other organic foods. The challenge was to translate an intangible brand proposition into an immersive and tangible retail experience.
Chemistry’s space concept focused on the use of real and natural materials, without conveying the ‘country farm’ look usually associated with natural health foods. The key message for WB&CO is their focus on specially selected organic vegetables. To bring this across, the team deliberately chose to turn the typical F&B layout on its head, by bringing the ‘back of the house’ to the front and displaying the stored produce in a visible cold room constructed from glass walls and steel supports. The result is the creation of a contemporary space that actually sits back to let the produce do the talking! |
