To John, design is an ongoing exploratory exercise to relate the subconscious to the conscious, the past to the present; and in so doing connecting the dots that tell a story. It is this affinity between human and object that John pursues to uncover and realise.

Graduating from the National University of Singapore in Industrial Design, John practices design at creative consultancy Chemistry as senior industrial designer.

With 5 years of consultancy experience, he has worked with diverse businesses, developing award winning products in the consumer electronics, lifestyle and fashion industry. His creative input has manifested itself in 6 design awards and various successful products from Dell, Motorola and Philips.
