As Singapore prepares for a return of international travel flows and relaxation of borders, the question if Singapore should offer a tourist incentive so that travellers may consider Singapore more favourably became critical.
Chemistry in close collaboration with STB developed and delivered a series of context-setting and brainstorming sessions (fully virtual and in hybrid formats) to guide the internal planning team through an ideation and decision-making process.
The brainstorming sessions were conducted online and in person to develop a rich basket of idas around potential incentive mechanisms
The developed concepts were then tested with industry stakeholders.
The ideas developed in the brainstorming sessions where shortlisted and refined before testing and validation with key stakeholders from the travel industry as well as STB.
